WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
After your payment is verified, it takes up to 48 hours to process and ship your order.
SHIPPING CHARGES & TIMES
Shipping to the following countries is Free:
Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, The Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Sweden, UAE, UK, USA.
Some countries in the gulf have a small shipping fee added to the product. These countries are: Bahrain, Oman, Qatar.
If your country is not listed, then we do not ship to your country at the moment. We will be adding more countries soon. Contact us to find out when we will be able to ship to your country.
Your product shipment will take anywhere from one week up to four weeks depending on the warehouse location of the product.
MY ORDER HAS BEEN ‘SHIPPED’ OR IS ‘IN TRANSIT’ CAN I GET A REFUND?
Of course, however, we will need to wait on delivery before issuing a refund, as there is no guarantee for us that once someone receives the item, they’ll send it back. So, once your item does arrive, contact us by clicking here and we can go through the returns process!
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling and a tracking number. If an order gets lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once the order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can then track it on the shipper website.
CUSTOMS, TAXES AND VAT
Depending on your country laws, you may have to pay custom fees and sales Tax on the value of your product. We are not responsible for such fees, and we have no idea what each country tax laws are. Kindly check with your customs before ordering.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS?

If your products are returned to us by the postal service because you haven’t taken delivery, we will contact you to let you know. If the product has been returned to us as a result of our error, we will re-send the product to you by standard post for no extra charge.
If you provide an incorrect delivery address and the order is returned to us, or you fail to take delivery, we will either:
- redeliver the product to the correct address, if provided, subject to payment of additional delivery costs, or
- refund the value of the product (excluding delivery costs) dependent on whether it remains in a resalable condition. You will be responsible for any additional charges incurred including re-delivery costs.
If the order is not returned to us, you will not be eligible for a refund or re-delivery. Silky Diva accepts no responsibility for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. In this case, you will need to place a new order with the correct details.
Please note, we will not be able to amend a delivery address once the order has been placed.
